The Sourcing Coordinator is responsible for overall administrative and general support to the Talent Acquisition team, including: placing job postings, coordinating with the Director of Student Internships in making connections with universities and colleges, and helping to track, source and screen applicants.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all internal and external job board postings for the agency.
Identify, source and screen appropriate talent for current open clinical and administrative roles.
Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
Schedule and/or participate in internal and external job fairs and group interviews.
Manage database administration of the applicant tracking system such as reporting, updating job postings, adding account codes and updating job statuses.
Other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in recruiting in a Talent Management setting or staffing firm. Previous healthcare or social service experience preferred.
Experience using internet–based recruiting methods and tools.
Experience working with applicant tracking systems.
Experience with HRIS systems and reporting tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
Must be able to handle high volume recruiting and multiple searches simultaneously.
Experience conducting cold calls and behavior?based interviews.
