Our prestigious client a leading specialist in London market and European financial services sector are looking for a HR Programme specialist to work in partnership with the HR leadership team to deliver the HR strategy, building, and promoting the HR programme management office as a centre of excellence for HR, providing support, facilitation, and guidance on PMO tools and best practice.
The role incudes leading, supporting programmes, and projects in order to facilitate their success, supporting the HR leadership team to deliver HR strategy, leading the scheduling of projects and programmes across the business, developing the HR communications plan, review and maintains a respiratory of the necessary programme and project data, oversees HR programme related budgets and costs in collaboration with the HR business manager to manage HR costs.
We are looking for an experienced HR Programme Manager with sound knowledge of HR, good understanding of project management methodology, experience of supporting business/HR led change, experience of leading a project team and proven stakeholder management and working with suppliers, clients and stakeholders.
