Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent, Human Resources, this Cabinet level position assists with planning, organizing, and implementing the functions of the Human Resources Department by providing direct services to employees regarding employment related issues, while implementing and supporting District goals and objectives. A minimum of five years of supervisory and administrative experience at the secondary level and a strong background in all phases of secondary education is required. An advanced degree is desired.

Additional Salary Information: This is a full-time, 12-month position (220 workdays). Current Annual Salary Range: $143,721-$172,086 with an additional health cap contribution of $719/month ($8,628 annually).

The Roseville Joint Union High School District serves the educational needs of nearly 11,000 students. Geographically, the district includes the city of Roseville, the Granite Bay community, and a part of Antelope. It includes portions of both Placer and Sacramento counties.
