Human Resources Coordinator sought to join the Catlin Gabel School human resources team. In this dynamic, front-facing role you’ll play an integral role in recruiting and job posting, managing the ATS, and coordinating the onboarding and orientation of new hires. You’ll use your excellent organizational and technical skills to handle multiple administrative responsibilities including employment verifications, background checks, HRIS data entry and reporting, employee events, and administrative/clerical tasks to support the entire employee life cycle. You’ll also assist with benefit enrollments and occasionally serve as payroll backup when needed. We’re seeking someone who enjoys people, and can easily relate to a diverse, multicultural group of employees, vendors, candidates, volunteers, and occasionally with students and families. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Associates degree in relevant field required; BA or business school degree preferred
At least two years of HR related experience, including some experience with recruiting operations
Basic understanding of human resource functions; including state and federal regulations, reporting and record keeping requirements
Human Resources certification (SHRM-PC or PHR) preferred but not required
