The Human Resources Associate acts as a liaison for our HR Shared Services group and has specialized knowledge, expertise and experience. Â It is the role of the HR Associate to continuously interact, assistÂ and consult all employee populations including faculty, staff, student workers, retirees, and potential candidates alike. Â The position with Saint Louis University Department of Human Resources will involve supporting all functional areas including benefits administration, recruitment, training, onboarding, employment, and recognition. This role would be a great fit for anyone wishing to further their education through our tuition remission benefits while gaining entry level experience within Human Resources.
