General Description  The purpose of this position is to develop and lead the College’s area-wide human resources services. Functional areas of responsibility include compliance with regulatory agencies in administering personnel policies and procedures; position classification and compensation system; coordination and assistance with the employment application and hiring process; salary and wage administration; employee performance evaluation system; employee benefit program; employee records; comprehensive staff professional development program; coordination of staff recognition program; and personnel research and reporting.
