Manages and coordinates human resource functions for Piedmont Electric Membership Corp; Wake Electric Membership Corp; Cooperative Services Center and Piedmont Energy Services.
Manage employment, compensation, benefits, performance management, and personnel records. Recommend, develop and implement personnel policies and programs that protect Cooperative and employee interests and meet all legal requirements from RUS, NRECA, and related benefit plan testing and results. Oversee compliance to budget and cost control measures in areas supervised. Other duties as assigned.
