Your new company A high profile Financial Services business based in North Sydney are looking for a new people and culture expert who can support the multiple human resources projects running over the next 12 months.
Your new role The role of a HR Projects Specialist is to work on initiatives on programs or projects within the HR team. You will support and deliver tasks relating to restructure, organisational design, process improvements and technical HR change programs. You will use data analytics and insights to advise stakeholders, driving outcomes of the projects. Utilising your broader generalist HR expertise you will advise on people impacts and employee relations risk in relation to change.
What you'll need to succeed Essential that you have supported organisational restructure / org design tasks. Experience across the people implications of a change process. Articulate communications. Strong MS Excel ideally.
