Our client, a European leading venture capital fund is currently looking to hire an HR Manager to join their Berlin team. The fund, which currently invests across multiple strategies within the fast-growing European tech industry, is currently going through a growth phase, making it a very exciting time to join.

As the HR Manager, you will be working closely with the COO and Senior HR Consultant to provide HR support across the group. You will be taking the lead on day to day operational support and a number of internal projects. This is a newly created position within the fund and is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with excellent generalist experience to join a high-performing and industry-leading organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Full HR Generalist support to the business
Performance management, employee relations and evaluation
Process and policy implementation and roll-out
Talent and review process management
Internal project management
Business strategy support

YOUR PROFILE:

Strong HR Generalist experience, ideally within the financial services or technology sector
Proven experience in building successful working relationships
Expertise in HR policies and procedures
Experience of working across multiple European jurisdictions would be advantageous
