The Sr Specialist HR Analytics will be a part of the Analytics and Service Delivery team supporting multiple HR applications and technologies for the HR Reporting Center of Excellence (COE) and provide support to other functions within HR and Total Workforce Management. This role will work under the direction of the Sr Manager and is responsible for the development and data integrity of the HR data warehouse and conducts analysis that will drive decision making and allow the HR community to better serve business leaders.
This role is expected to work independently, take initiative on process improvements, and serve as a leader on reporting and analytics projects while prioritizing and executing work to meet business deliverables.
Supporting all HR data warehouse maintenance and Human Capital analytics
Conducts analysis to obtain actionable insights to drive business results
Research business trends and issues to provide insights and recommendations to senior management on Human Capital performance
Based on analysis, develops reports and proposals for action or implementation plans as necessary and presents to HR management
Participates in initiatives designed to support strategic objectives and operational goals, including analysis of human capital trends to build the future work force strategy
Collaborate with internal stakeholder’s cross-functional teams to build new programs that drive growth and efficiency and evaluate those results
Build and identify industry trends, benchmarking data and participate in external forums to build knowledge and best practice
Utilizes tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP BI and PowerBI to provide data and analysis to the organization
Liaise with IT data architecture and reporting COE teams for process and data improvements

Previous process improvement analysis skills preferred
Must have attention to detail and understanding of data elements
Must be discreet with access to highly privileged employee data

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Must have at least 5 years of experience in HR reporting, analytics and application support (HR Systems and/or Reporting and Analytics) or equivalent experience
Strong analytical skills and success in using data driven insights to make business decisions.
Specialized experience is building and maintaining data warehouses, collaborating with IT to develop robust data testing protocols, and developer skill set for building reports and dashboards
Strong project and relationship management skills and able to collaborate effectively across cross functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication and networking skills
