This position is located in Alpharetta, GA This role is primarily responsible for continuous improvement of Tier 1 HR delivery for McKesson's employees. Tier 1 is responsible for the resolution of first touch, high volume HR related inquiries from employees and managers through a combination of our case management and telephony systems. A key responsibility of this role over the next year will be implementation of a chatbot (Amelia) for HR Tier 1. The role is additionally responsible for day to day ownership of the Core HR transactions and data elements in our HR System (Workday). This person will interact with other HR functions, HR Systems, IT, and HR leadership as key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical, continuous improvement, and project management skills and be able to operate with a moderate level of independence, influence, and partnership. This is a great role for an interested operations professional looking to expand their experience in continuous improvement, key HR technologies (e.g. chatbot, Workday, SFDC), operational leadership and employee experience.
