This role is primarily responsible for continuous improvement of Tier 1 HR delivery for McKesson's employees. Tier 1 is responsible for the resolution of first touch, high volume HR related inquiries from employees and managers through a combination of our case management and telephony systems. A key responsibility of this role over the next year will be implementation of a chatbot (Amelia) for HR Tier 1. The role is additionally responsible for day to day ownership of the Core HR transactions and data elements in our HR System (Workday). This person will interact with other HR functions, HR Systems, IT, and HR leadership as key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical, continuous improvement, and project management skills and be able to operate with a moderate level of independence, influence, and partnership. This is a great role for an interested operations professional looking to expand their experience in continuous improvement, key HR technologies (e.g. chatbot, Workday, SFDC), operational leadership and employee experience.
Day to day contact for HR chatbot implementation and ongoing enhancements
Continuous improvement related to tier 1 services and technology, including project management, requirements, testing, change management, and partnership with other functions. Technologies include: Case management (SFDC), McKnet portal (SharePoint), Telephony/IVR (Cisco), Workday (employee and manager self service)
Analyze data, identify trends related to opportunities for improvement in HR service delivery
Day to day management of Core HR transactions and data elements within Workday (e.g. manage data quality plans, special projects, improve supporting documentation)
Improve the experience of the employee for Core HR transactions
Partner with Sr. Director to develop executive level materials and presentations
Continuous outreach and listening with our customers to understand their needs (e.g. surveys, interviews, focus groups)
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
Data analytics experience, root-cause analysis and problem solving, including strong knowledge of Excel
Knowledge and experience project management and continuous improvement in an automation driven environment
Knowledge of current HR digital delivery trends (e.g. chatbots/Amelia, AI, RPA)
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Strong knowledge of PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with multiple department and third parties.
Excellent communication skills (both over the phone, written, and in person).
Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Physical Requirements Large percent of time performing computer-based work is required.
