This position is located in Alpharetta, GA This role is primarily responsible for continuous improvement of Tier 1 HR delivery for McKesson's employees. Tier 1 is responsible for the resolution of first touch, high volume HR related inquiries from employees and managers through a combination of our case management and telephony systems. A key responsibility of this role over the next year will be implementation of a chatbot (Amelia) for HR Tier 1. The role is additionally responsible for day to day ownership of the Core HR transactions and data elements in our HR System (Workday).
