Your Role: As the Plant Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing the HR function of both salaried and hourly employees. This includes but is not limited to building strong professional relationships with employees, recruiting and retaining new hires, assessing employee skillsets and coordinating training and development to help close any gaps, payroll, and rewards and recognition for the manufacturing operation.
