Type of Position: Administrative Job Function: The Associate Director, Organizational Development reports to the Interim Director, Benefits & Employee Well-being. The Associate Director will help to promote the College's values and mission throughout the workplace through strategic partnerships across the College. The Associate Director will be a team player and creative thinker who will work at both a strategic and tactical level to deliver high-value change management results.
