Position Description: The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing a wide variety of both complex and routine administrative services on a professional level and works closely with the Human Resources Director in executing responsibilities in the following functional areas: HRIS Colleague, employee inquiries, benefits administration, compensation, recruiting, onboarding, and enforcement of policies and procedures as well as other special projects.
