The HR Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the objectives of the organization and the needs of employees and management. The HR Operations Associate provides value-added service and HR support to assigned constituents to include entering and verifying information within the IC HR Cloud, maintaining appropriate documentation and monitoring of personnel records, policies, and procedures, and responding to inquiries from department users concerning HR processes.
