The HR Manager will be comfortable in a high growth and flexible environment, with change at pace and on a global basis.
Based out of the London headquarters with senior HR leadership, the HR Manager will work closely with the Head of People and manage a small team. Both capable of strategic project work, and operational HR, this versatile professional will understand the regulatory demands on a Financial Services company.
Responsibilities will include -
Full operational remit for HR globally
Hands on approach within a small team
International growth and office set up
TUPE project management as appropriate
Auditing current HR policies and procedures to make sure they are fit for purpose
Working across global client base
Liaise with Talent Acquisition team as appropriate
The successful HR Manager will be comfortable in a Fin Tech environment and the flexible nature of the working day, including the pace at which the company moves.
They will also possess -
Professional Qualification within HR
Fin Tech experience in HR a huge bonus
Ability to work autonomously
Proactive relationship management across senior stakeholders, coaching where appropriate
Proven track record in ER and HR policy development
A comfortable style in a high pace business with a global remit
