Wells Fargo India enables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting business lines and staff functions across Technology, Operations, Risk, Audit, Process Excellence, Automation and Product, Analytics and Modeling. We are operating in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai locations.
The Talent Acquisition Operations team is part of the Talent Services organization and responsible for providing timely and quality driven transactional and operational support to the recruiting process.
About the Role
In this position, the specialist will be responsible for supporting Recruiters with our electronic job folder process and other tasks that may support the full life-cycle recruiting process. This includes receiving job folder screening and selection documents, organizing and uploading documents into Recruiting Solutions, Wells Fargo's applicant tracking system of record. These documents need to be reviewed to ensure completeness and compliance to Wells Fargo's selection policies and process. Outreach to interested parties may be required to obtain missing or incomplete selection documents.
Preparing documents into the electronic job folder within Recruiting Solutions
Splitting up large PDF documents into individual files
Auditing - Ensuring completeness of the electronic job folder
Utilizing file naming conventions to save files electronically before uploading
Data and Metrics creation
Market Skills and Certifications
University degree in any Business or related discipline Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Ability to excel in a high production environment while ensuring high quality work.
Recruiting experience : 3 + years
Meticulous and organized
Preferred : 1 year experience working with job folders within Recruiting Solutions
Experience and proficiency with TACT (Talent Acquisition Collaboration Tool)
Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Good quality review skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
Intermediate experience with Adobe Pro
Knowledge and understanding of human resources or recruiting practices
Strong administrative skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Experience meeting high production and quality standards in a fast paced, development and production support environment
