Provides dedicated program planning, implementation, delivery and evaluation of the non-appointee process.� Directs daily activities for operational excellence, contracts, and process compliance.�
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Holds responsibility for day-to-day activities including administrative management, legal agreements/contracts and documentation of non-appointees status across both campuses.
Independently advises on HIPAA, HRPO, Occupational Health, Professional Liability, Drug Screen/Background check and legal requirements, as related to the process. Serves as focal point for inquiry from internal departments/schools who need assistance with clarification and compliance.
Maintains accurate data on the participants and mentors, dates on campus, documentation received and follows up on missing items.� Performs routine audits on stored data to ensure all information is correct and complete.� Serves as data lead for any internal/external audits.� Answers complex questions related to the non-appointee process.
Creates processes and procedures, website and portal development to assist in collection and compliance with needed Legal, Occupational Health, HRPO and Risk documentation.� Ensures effective information flow and responsiveness to internal customers’ needs.
Relies on experience working with diverse groups, to develop and delivers training to leaders, managers and non-appointees.
Establishes/enhances relationships with other Universities and healthcare facilities to encourage collaboration and exchange of information.
Provides planning and coordination of meetings, maintaining minutes and activity related to the non-appointee process, ensuring follow up on decisions made.
Participates in program review meetings, report preparation and analysis.
Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience totaling seven or more years.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and project management experience.
Demonstrated ability and expertise in handling varied aspects of project/program management.
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to influence others with difficult decisions and plans of action to remain compliant.
Demonstrated abilities for effective organizational skills including the ability to multi-task.
Demonstrated customer service skills.
Effective process improvement skills.
Ability to prioritize and meet planned project goals.
Demonstrated ability in M.S. Office Suite and storing data on Box or related storage.
Knowledge of federal, state and local employment law helpful.
The hiring range for this position is $51,292 - $66,684 annually.
