As a Human Resources Manager at Riverside Regional Medical Center, you will provide oversight to a team of HR professionals and serve as a strategic Business Partner to operational leaders. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, providing policy interpretation, leading investigations, FTE management, coaching, education and training, leading employee engagement and retention efforts, and collecting and analyzing HR metrics.
