We are recruiting for a Manager, Shared Services to lead and manage the day to day operations of the Shared Services within our HR Resource Center (HRRC).

You will:

• Lead and manage the day to day operations of the Shared Services Specialists in the scheduled and ad hoc tasks conducted by the HR Resource Center .
• Manage relationships with HR's Centers of Excellence (CoE) to ensure the tasks entrusted with the HRRC are being satisfactorily met as well as holding our vendors accountable for their services to MSK.
• Responsible for finding efficiencies in HRRC's shared service work so that additional tasks can be considered.
• Responsible for the scheduling and delegation of processing and auditingwork. This role will be involved in the processing and auditing to some extent

You Need:

• The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of related experience and demonstrated supervisory and management experience in an HR environment.
• Possesses extensive knowledge related to HR Programs, Policies, and Procedures.
• Demonstrates strong commitment to providing superb customer service.
• Effective managerial skills that can energize, develop, and manage multi-disciplined work teams to respond to business needs.
• Ability to build plans, devise work schedules, and manage according to performance standards, budget, and work loads
• Workday systems knowledge is a plus.
• Strong writing skills.

Note - Shared Services includes, onboarding, benefits processing and audits, tuition reimbursement processing, dependent tuition processing, Workday corrections, HR Partner Workday transactions (e.g. alternate approvals, performance management maintenance, legal name changes, leave bank adjustments, length of service adjustments, etc.) and MSK Time system management.
