We are searching for a Human Resources Director-Talent Management to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL
As a Human Resources Director of Talent Management, you will be responsible for talent management, succession planning, talent acquisition, organizational design, and performance management for all salaried employees.
You will have the opportunity to:
Integrate business strategy and values into an aligned talent management strategy to drive business results.
Lead the Talent Acquisition team to expediently fill roles with qualified candidates. Ensures recruiters source candidates via diversity partnerships, and present diverse candidate slates to managers.
Act as a business partner to the Executive Vice President, Human Resources to provide advice, counsel, and coaching on relevant business and human capital issues around talent strategy, structure, and process.
Ensure corporate policies and procedures are followed, where applicable.
Ultimately, you will develop and implement the strategic Human Resources plan with a strong focus on talent management, succession planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement

We need you to have:
BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field required
15+ years' experience as of professional and progressive HR experience.
Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge of applicable state, federal, local employment labor laws and regulations
Icing on the cake:
MBA or Advanced Degree
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures used in the CPG and/or manufacturing industry
PHR or SPHR certification
