The HR Generalist is responsible for the full cycle recruiting and sourcing (both passive and active candidates) exempt and non-exempt positions for various departments across the Company. This position includes sourcing, interviewing, scheduling interview with the business, offer stage, through the onboarding phase. In addition, provides direction and advice to staff and management on recruiting and HR policies, procedures, best practice, and other needs that arise. Additionally, the HR Generalist offers support and guidance on terminations, performance management, employee relations, benefits, payroll, and HR best practices while facilitation a positive relationship between employees and senior management.
