This is a great opportunity for an experienced Business Partner in Human Resources to join the NGHS team! The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner, consultant and advisor to leaders in designated divisions and/or service lines regarding core HR processes and the alignment of business objectives, system strategies and people strategies. This role ensures that business outcomes are achieved through effective change management support, data informed solutions, and people strategies that span the HROD function. The HRBP advises leaders on all HROD areas that would impact productivity or employee engagement and develops an effective level of literacy about organizational goals, competencies, financials, culture and competition. This position supports our 4-hospital system that will allow for both on-site and remote work.
5 years progressive HR experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
One of the following certifications is required or ability to obtain within one year of employment: SHRM Certified Professional, HRCI certification, or ASHHRA.
