HUMAN RESOURCES TECHNICIAN Natividad is looking to fill a full-time 1.0 FTE benefitted position. The incumbent will provide support to organizational development activities such as assisting with the updating of job descriptions and evaluation templates, assisting in the review of salaries to ensure alignment with labor market and coordinating ongoing hospital wide training. Minimum qualifications include two years of progressively responsible experience providing highly complex clerical or administrative support to management or professional staff, including one year of experience in Human Resources in one or more of the following areas: recruitment, HRIS system processing, training, performance management/employee relations, employee benefits and leave management and onboarding/off boarding AND completion of all coursework leading to an Associate's degree, or equivalent, from an accredited college or university.
