The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for a range of Human Resources tasks, reporting to the Executive Director of Human Resources, and working closely with other staff in the Office of Human Resources. Functioning in a front office environment, the Human Resources Administrator will interact with the College’s staff and students providing a variety of HR services.
Due to COVID, the position will primarily be remote with the need to be onsite for two days a week.
Reports to the Executive Director of Human Resources or designee.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the HR day to day functions by performing administrative work
Acts as the first line of support to the Office of Human Resources via office and phone line.
Assist with running CORIs/SORIs, e-verify, etc.
Complete unemployment claims.
Maintain and file personnel files.
Respond to inquiries regarding applications and other employment related matters.
Perform other duties as assigned.
An Associate’s Degree with a focus in Business Administration, business management or related field.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office products.
Must be detail-oriented.
Experience working in a fast paced environment.
Bi-lingual a plus.
Desire to learn and grow in the human resources field.
