Our luxury goods client is seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to manage their full-cycle recruitment process for full-time and temporary positions. Responsibilities include posting roles, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting background checks, managing offers, and onboarding new hires. This role is both strategic and hands-on in nature, requiring partnering with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to assess internal talent, identify skill gaps, build succession plans, and develop recruitment plans to support current and future business needs. This role reports to the Human Resources Director and requires 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in a consumer goods organization. Opportunities for growth include taking on additional responsibilities across the HR function. This role is based in NYC.
