Overview The Employee Experience Assistant is responsible for Human Resources mail sorting and delivery, responding to requests for personnel file contents, electronic personnel file document scanning, personnel file maintenance, and off-site storage of personnel files. The Employee Experience Assistant is also responsible for employment, salary and benefits verifications not managed by a third-party administrator. Additional duties include, but are not limited to, issuing duplicate W-2s, ordering office supplies and assisting in coordination of department moves/equipment needs.
