Review and design global Human Resources function structure
Work closely with C-suite level and business leaders on HR initiatives, including global organizational review and re-engineering, manpower planning, talent attraction and management, performance management, compensation & benefit design, learning & development, and culture management
Review, establish and implement group policies and guidance to comply with governance requirements and internal control
Drive a culture of growth, organization changes and positive employee relations
Responsible for global job analysis, talent review and people development to cope with group re-engineering
Develop annual salary review cycle and scheme in the structuring the appropriate compensation and benefits scheme
Partner with business leader to develop global manpower planning, hiring strategy and talent attraction
Establish global training plan and assessment tools
Global HRIS implementation
Enhance employee relations and engagement by planning and implementing appropriate activities to facilitate communications and team cohesiveness
Prepare HR budget, forecast and various analytical reports for management review
Academic Qualification Requirement:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
15 years of relevant HR experience gained from MNC and with at least 5 years of experience in global leadership role
Experience gained from Banking & Financial industry will be an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong influencing skill
Pay attention to detail, people-oriented, well-organized, proactive
With experience gained from start-up or reorganizational project is highly preferred
Native in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin)
