Managing day to day HR for Singapore and the wider region, working closely with a very lean HR team and top business stakeholders in a challenging environment
Taking a lead with the Head of HR on strategy and HR transformation projects
Working effectively with individuals across the business matrix at all levels to best deliver to the business needs
Working within a fluid environment where there is little process in place, being comfortable operating in the grey area even when under significant pressure
Rolling your sleeves up to create a positive employee experience as the business goes through exciting transformation
Experience in Asset Management or wider Financial Services would be highly advantageous
The ability to roll your sleeves up and deliver across day to day HR plans including talent reviews, performance, ER, payroll, tax advice etc. then scaling up to more complex business strategy discussions, partnership and coaching
Experience gained in a lean HR set up where the culture is very transparent and the HR team closely collaborate to problem solve and create solutions
Exposure to a matrix environment where you've worked regularly with global counterparts
High EQ with the ability to observe, ask the right questions and suggest timely solutions and advice
A non-hierarchical approach where delivering to the business effectively is the priority
