Direct Hire. 400+ employee company in Arlington seeks hands-on HR Manager. Three direct reports. This is a bread and butter HR role, but does not include recruiting. If you enjoy generalist and managerial level roles, you may like this company. The role requires the manager be on-site (NOT remote), but the number of people in the HQ office is small given that this is a multi-site company. Assist a small team of executives and operations managers develop HR knowledge. Work with operations team regarding policies, leave management, risk management, employee engagement and employee performance.

HR Certifications preferred. Technically savvy. High attention to detail. At least 5 years in manager or director role. Work for both large and small employers helpful. Recent hands-on experience. Start-up or HR audit experience helpful. Safety experience helpful. |
