Direct Hire. 400+ employee company in Arlington seeks hands-on HR Manager. Three direct reports. 

This is a bread and butter HR role, but does not include recruiting. If you enjoy generalist and managerial level roles, you may like this company. The role requires the manager be on-site (NOT remote), but the number of people in the HQ office is small given that this is a multi-site company.

Assist a small team of executives and operations managers develop HR knowledge. Work with operations team regarding policies, leave management, risk management, employee engagement and employee performance.
