We are currently seeking applicants for a Compensation Business Partner in the Compensation and Benefits department of our Human Resources division located in Springfield, MO.

The Compensation Business Partner supports daily activities and leads special projects related to AECI’s strategy to support and sustain a high performing culture that attracts, motivates, retains and rewards employees.  This position participates in the design, development, implementation and communication of compensation policies and/or practices, benchmarking activities and related programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide analysis and proactive monitoring of AECI’s compensation policies and practices
• Lead market benchmarking and the merit planning process collaborating directly with external vendors and the executive team
• Review, analyze and make decisions related to compensation for new hires and internal job movement
• Examine predictions for market changes in salaries and salary structures, prepare statistical analysis, analyze trends including internal equity and make recommendations
• Function as the lead administrator for compensation related software (Pay Factors)
• Lead configuration of the HCM system for assigned workstreams including building reports and dashboards while monitoring, testing, implementing and communicating new releases
