Our HR Business Partners are assigned by department and provide guidance regarding all local HR services. Other staff units cover benefits, disability and leave, talent acquisition and employment, learning and development, and compensation. POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the Accommodation and Leave Manager, this position will write and/or edit correspondence/communication on behalf of the Accommodation and Leave Manager and other local human resources staff with analytical tasks and day-to-day operations. The incumbent will fully analyze issues and problems, track and coordinate follow-up with employee leave requests, gathers data and information, finds and evaluates alternatives and makes sound recommendations. SALARY AND BENEFITS Salary: The recommended hiring range is $29.94 to $34.83. Commensurate with experience.
