Make a difference in Human Resources! The Manager works with guidance from Service Center Leadership to provide direction and support to supervisors and leads to ensure HR service delivery is consistently meeting or exceeding service level agreements and standards. The Manager is responsible for ensuring customer service, HR administration and/or transactions/inquiries support are delivered in a way that supports a world class Human Resources strategy, depending of area of responsibility. Also responsible for ensuring all deliverables are completed in an accurate, timely, and efficient manner and in full compliance with all legislative and company requirements. The Manager develops individual team members and ensures the team engages in continuous learning and improvement. Additionally, the Manager works with other HR and business teams to implement and refine processes, procedures using HR technologies, and pursue continuous improvement and evaluate and potential onboard and/or outsource of new services.
