Duties & Responsibilities: *Serve as primary contact for Family Medical Leave, process FML requests and maintain FML files *Process transactions in IRIS, UT's HRIS, by reviewing and completing work flow items, entering data accurately, maintaining data integrity, and resolving issues *Create and maintain spreadsheets and logs *Conduct compensation/classification related research *Create reports, and provide data analysis for internal and external requests *Deliver FML and compensation related training *Identify areas of improvement for FML and compensation tasks; may develop processes to improve functions
