Assist in the development and implementation of progressive and cost-efficient benefits initiatives aligned to the bank's strategy and business goals
Keep abreast of government regulations, legislation, benefits trends and competitive practices, to enable data-driven recommendations
Ensure that benefits practices are in compliance with current regulations
Develop communication plans for benefits and well-being programmes
Work with internal stakeholders to enable and implement change management with new policy and processes.
Ensure timely and quality deliverables from all benefits vendors
Participate in HR projects/ taskforce relating to organizational changes
Degree Holder with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a benefits specialization role
Strong understanding on group insurance products
Able to multi-task, drive and deliver results under tight schedules and pressure
Self starter - Resourceful with good analytical and problem solving skills
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Meticulous and enjoys working with numbers
