This position is responsible for the broad technical administration of various Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and the design and delivery of HR reports.
Provide technical support to business users for various HRIS systems and partners with IT, Payroll and other teams and vendors to address functionality issues.
Serve as primary administrator and technical subject-matter-expert of the Applicant Tracking/Recruiting and Onboarding System
Extract and combine information from various data sources and delivers ad-hoc and scheduled HR, particularly staffing, reports to various department team members and business users.
Maintain data integrity by running reports, auditing and analyzing information and troubleshooting errors.
Lead and participate in projects involving design, testing, implementation and support for HR systems.
Collaborate with IT and vendors on conducting HR system upgrades and implementing integrations between systems.
Monitor HR system security roles and continually evaluate business needs as well as developing alternative solutions to accommodate requirements.
