Our client, an acute care hospital located in California, is seeking a seasoned Hospital HR professional for an Associate Vice President of Human Resources position as described below:
Responsibility for overseeing all human resources functions, including day-to-day operations. Has the support of a Manager of Employee Relations and a Benefits Coordinator.
Hospital is a 25-bed acute care rural hospital with an additional 120 skilled nursing beds, a home health agency, and several rural health clinics
