The successful candidate will assist the Head of Human Resources to provide the full spectrum of HR services to the business, including performance management, succession planning and payroll processing, and with specific focus on learning & development.
Provide the full range of human resources support, consultation and advice including but not limited to resourcing, performance management, succession planning, HR policies review and implementation, payroll processing, compensation and benefits and learning and development.
Work with the business and training vendors and trainers to develop and manage the whole fiscal year training calendar.
Work closely with line managers to promote positive work environment and generate ideas and programs to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
Ensure the compliance of all HR processes to both internal policies and government regulations.
Assist in ad hoc projects.
A Bachelor's Degree with at least 7 years' HR experience, preferably in the banking industry.
Demonstrates sound working knowledge of the full range of a human resources functions. Some experience in leading learning strategies will be an advantage.
