Responsible for developing consultative, coaching, advisory relationships with key business stakeholders. Develop a solid understanding of the business and people priorities and challenges. Responsible for the delivery of practical solutions on a broad range of people and organizational priorities. Support the business on year end process, talent process, learning and development, and employee relations matters. Lead and execute a broad range of people and organizational initiatives in region such as organizational development, performance and development, workforce planning, talent management and employee relations. Build strong consultative coaching & advisory relationships with business stakeholders. Respond to and resolve enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Assist in the implementation and administration of learning and development opportunities, support managers in conducting training needs analysis and identifying opportunities for development. Remain up to date on regional changes in Employment Law and regulations. Ensure changes and requirements are incorporated into Contracts, Handbooks and related documentation. Partner with Global team to provide input into the development of the global people plans for the respective business areas. Participate and contribute to the global HR client engagement groups supporting business areas. Conducts HR reporting and people metrics analysis on a regular basis to identify trends and apply best practices to business matters.
To be qualified, you should be a Degree holder with a minimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience within financial or professional services. Broad cultural sensitivity and understanding. Attention to detail, excellent communication, consulting and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and to use good judgment in decision -making
Experience with other Asian countries preferred.
