The College of Business at Oregon State University invites applications for two or more full-time (1.0FTE), nine-month, tenure-track positions at either the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor (of Organizational Behavior or Human Resource Management), depending upon the qualifications of the successful candidate(s).

Expectations include high-quality teaching and scholarly activities that result in organizational behavior/human resource management publications in leading peer-refereed journals.
At the Assistant Professor level, candidates are expected to establish a program of research/scholarship that leads to timely promotion in rank and the granting of indefinite tenure, with evidence for potential research and scholarly publication.
Moreover, faculty are expected to engage in appropriate service activities both within the university and their profession. Finally, faculty are expected to be collegial members of the unit and to exhibit a code of behavior appropriate to a professional educator.
COB academic faculty teaching assignments may include course delivery in any format (e. In person, online, hybrid).
Typically requires PhD or terminal degree (Masters for some Extension positions and MLS for Library positions), demonstrated ability to teach in a classroom Extension, or other setting, and develop a research program in the academic discipline/unit.
Ph.D. from an AACSB-International accredited university or equivalent, with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior or Human Resource Management or closely related field, must be earned by start date.
Successful candidates for Assistant Professor will have evidence of potential for research and scholarly publication.
At the Associate level, candidates will have evidence of organizational behavior/HR management research dissemination in high-quality peer-reviewed publications.
Candidates also need to demonstrate potential for teaching high-quality courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level.
