This role will be part of the Group Compensation & Benefits team. The role will provide compensation advisory and support to the Singapore and overseas subsidiaries including OCBC Securities, OCBC Property Services, OCBC Malaysia, OCBC Wing Hang, and NISP.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage the OCBC deferred awards programme including grant of awards, crediting of shares, dividend adjustments and regulatory disclosures. 2. Review of remuneration components to ensure these are market competitive including managing the bonus accruals across the OCBC Group. 3. Structure award buy-outs and guaranteed bonuses. 4. Support the OCBC Group annual compensation programme, including developing salary and bonus budgets, compensation analysis and Remuneration Committee presentations.
