We are seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to provide strategic and hands-on support for assigned client groups in the areas of employee relations, employee retention, recruiting, performance management, employee engagement, and compensation in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will provide consultative, high-touch support to management and staff and play an integral role in helping employees achieve success. A sampling of what your role would include: • Champion a positive team culture, employees are treated as our most important asset. • Provide recruiting team support, as needed, by proactively building the candidate talent pool through seeking out and building relationships with top talent for current and future job openings. Serve as a key player in bringing the right talent into the right jobs. Develop and execute recruiting plans. • Provide human resource advice, support, consultation and guidance, including application of HR policies and processes, with leaders and employees. Navigate and recommend resolutions on employee issues; lead employee relations initiatives to ensure a positive and fair work environment, while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. • Continually partner with leadership to build positive employee outcomes by establishing and maintaining connections with leaders. Help shape a positive work environment by staying abreast of current trends and anticipating impending employee concerns or needs. • Provide relevant guidance to employees and management regarding policy and procedures, demonstrating and supporting organizational culture and values. • Maintain an effective level of business acumen about the organization’s goals, values and culture, particularly in assigned service areas.
What You Will Bring: • Bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years’ experience in human resources, recruiting or employee relations. Equivalent combination of comparable knowledge and skills may substitute for education and/or experience. • Human Resources expertise • Ability to work with internal employees and external candidates as well as with all levels of leadership • Working knowledge of employment laws • Prior success in full-cycle recruiting • Ability to exercise a high level of discretion and confidentiality • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict management skills • Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results • Excellent follow-through and initiative • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple conflicting priorities, self-directed and motivated. • Technology savvy (Microsoft Office suite, ATS, etc.) • Medical or healthcare recruiting experience a plus • HR certification a plus
