Our client is a top global energy trading firm which recently acquired a new business line. They are looking to capture greater market share with the expansion of this business arm, and are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial HR generalist to join their team during this period of growth.
This is a very rare, and immensely exciting, opportunity to join one of the most elite energy trading firms in the world. Reporting to the Group's Head of HR, you will be the sole contributor in charge of building up the HR functions of this new business line. As the pioneer HR executive, you are responsible for setting up end-to-end HR processes including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, employee relations, payroll, and learning & development.
You have at least 8-10 years of HR generalist experience preferably in a commodities firm, oil & gas industry, or logistics company. You are hands-on in all HR functions, and have a track record in supporting the growth of an expanding team. You are self-motivated, a keen learner, partner well with all levels of staff, and bring a creative approach to problem solving.
