This role fosters and implements our critical culture, talent and engagement initiatives. This strategic HR role proactively partners with stakeholders to anticipate HR related needs/opportunities and implement and integrate HR strategies to support and enable the business, advise leaders on people related opportunities in collaboration with enterprise HR as applicable, and deploying HR and business initiatives in support of the organizations strategies and operations. Using sound change management principles, this role is responsible for engaging stakeholders, facilitating talent strategies using appropriate talent related data and developing plans to address opportunities and challenges. Working collaboratively with the People Resource Center, will advise and deploy HR initiatives in alignment with HR strategy to include workforce planning/interactions, guidance and advice on talent strategies to address local, regional, and organizationwide people and business strategies and goals, partners with AssociateRelations,andleadinginitiativestoenhancecultureandengagement.
Important in a leadership role is understanding the leadership expectations of this position and the entire leadership team throughout Centura Health. The Director of Human Resources must have a personal and professional connection to the Mission of our Christian organization. S/he must be a team player and contribute toward a Team centered approach that lends itself to ensuring team before self as we lead our complex, highly matrixed organization into the differentiated leading role as THE system of choice. What You Bring/Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Bachelor Degree Required
7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources to include leadership in Human Resources and/or demonstratedabilitytoleadprojectsorinitiativesusingthe5leadershipbehaviors.
Strong demonstrated employee relations skills (performance improvement, corrective counseling, investigations, etc.), compensation, benefits, strategic business planning, team organization, retention, andrecruitmentandchangemanagement.
Demonstrated ability to navigate organizational complexity and manage complex issues in a diverse businessenvironmentonanorganizationalscale.
