Human Resources Business Partner – PE firm (6 months contract to perm)

Play a focal role to support all-round HR functions for designated business units to meet current and future HR needs and enquiries in line with the company growth strategy Develop and build collaborative working relationships with employees and managers in the firm in order to implement people related initiatives. Lead process improvement projects, coordinating with the Regional team on HR related projects and corporate initiative
Manage the compensation & benefits processes from end‐to‐end by working closely with management and service providers.
Resolve employee relations issues, work with management and employee to improve work relationships, build morale and retention.
Implement the performance review process, support managers and staff to establish and execute their development plans.
Bachelor's degree holder in human resources or related field; with minimum 8 years of work experience preferably working as an HR business partner
Excellent people management skills Able to work multi-tasking independently in a professional environment
Independent, well‐organized, self‐motivated and a team player.
Proficient in oral and written English with excellent communication skills
Understanding of all HR functions and best practices
