The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, (UTK) invites applications for a Human Resources Coordinator in the Office of the Provost.
Accountabilities will include:
Faculty and Staff Searches Maintain detailed database of faculty and staff searches and create regular status reports. Maintain faculty position and appointment records. Provide guidance on search procedures, faculty appointments and terminations, and applicable campus and University policies. Coordinate with colleges on executive level searches such as the Dean's level, and with colleges/departments on questions and issues that arise regarding faculty searches. Coordinate the search and onboarding process for positions in the Provost Office and for Academic Affairs units.
HR Data Analysis and Reporting Support the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs and the Faculty Affairs Coordinator with data/reporting needs by gathering, analyzing and reporting data. IRIS HR Transactions Process all personnel transactions for the Provost Office and Academic Affairs units. Review college workflow transactions that flow through the Provost Office. Assist in organizing and transferring budget funds related to faculty commitments.
