About the Opportunity: The Human Resources Department is searching for Temporary Coordinator to assist within the Talent Acquisition Team.
Provide tier one customer support for PageUp Applicant Tracking Systems, as well as related duties as assigned.
Scheduling interviews on behalf of HRM, including related calendar management.
Promptly schedule candidates for phone and onsite interviews by coordinating with a range of stakeholders and proactively seeking availability from these stakeholders
Consistently communicate with the Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to finalize interview schedules.
Follow and implement a process for scheduling interviews and providing the right documents and materials to candidates and interviewers. Maintain a consistent quality level of candidate care.
In coordination with the Talent Acquisition team, create a best-in-class experience for all candidates from initial screening through the offer, by providing multiple positive and professional interactions throughout the process
Contribute to process and system implementation and improvement
Take on ad-hoc projects as requested
Serves as a liaison with internal and external candidates on matters relating to onboarding activities
Professional experience is a must, with at least 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, administrative work, project coordination or a similar responsibilities
Technical expertise to handle the applicant tracking and HRIS systems. Discretion and accountability.
Requires excellent problem-solving, analytical, administrative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
A high attention to detail is necessary is along with strong editing and proofreading skills. Ability to interact with a variety of people at all levels of the organization coupled with a demonstrated customer service orientation.
Must be self-directed, able to work as a team player, meet deadlines, develop practical solutions and display good judgment and maturity. Experience with PageUp People or other Applicant Tracking Systems a huge plus
