The Human Resources Information Systems Analyst position, is a full-time administrative position. The position will serve as functional specialist in conjunction with Information Technology to Human Resources supporting specific the Banner HRIS module; perform professional-level duties in the analysis, testing, implementation, documentation and maintenance of computer system applications; provide technical support to end users for applications; produce a variety of reports; and to perform a variety of technical tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.
The candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science or human resources related field. At least 3 years of experience in report writing, querying, data analysis, HRIS, ERP or database management, web page maintenance, troubleshooting, etc. Experience in creating reports in Argos, Excel, and basic knowledge of SQL, preferred. Prior experience working with Banner HRIS, preferred.
