Provides a high level of administrative support for the Executive Administrator, Human Resources and Â Executive Administrator,
Continuum of Care Hospital Administration. This role is primarily responsible for coordinating communications, developing presentation materials; Â Â This position requires a high level of confidentiality with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently with varied levels of employees and outside constituents.
Minimum Education:High school diploma or GED/equivalent requiredBachelorâs Degree preferredMinimum Experience/Knowledge:5-10 years previous administrative/secretarial experience in senior executive setting. Formal secretarial training or equivalent education preferred. Typing at 60 + WPM. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite. . Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organization skills. .Required License/Certification:Fire and Safety Certification. If employee does not have a fire card upon hire one must be obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained by renewal before expiration date.
