POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: The HR Service Center Specialist are key members of the Americas regional HR Service Center providing support to the service center to optimize and continuously improve current and new processes moving into the service center. The HR Service Center Process Improvement Specialist partners with their Team Lead/Mgr to regularly review performance outcomes against key processes and projects. Interacts cross functionally within the HR organization and various departments within Rockwell Automation to ensure handoffs, communication and interactions are customer focused, seamless and delivered with high quality. Process owner for all North America Leave of Absence and Termination requests.
Key responsibilities may include:
Acts as Subject Matter expert on Leave of Absence and Termination processes and will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and implementation of suggestions for other assigned processes.
Will lead and project manage centralizing new processes to be moved into the HR Service Center.
Coordinates and processes complex, multi-step transactions and processes, ensure effective end-to-end execution. Uses subject matter expertise to document these requests and train Service Center employees to manage.
Identifies, analyzes, plans and implements process improvement needs for the Service Center. Evaluates and models existing processes. Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional projects.
Develops metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify root cause problems and measures performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls.
